Payment Methods

You pay only after you have received the goods. You have 14 days from the date of dispatch to pay your invoice. The payment is handled by the payment provider Klarna (Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden). You transfer the invoice amount directly to Klarna or you pay conveniently with 1 click in the Klarna online portal, where you can choose from various payment options.

The use of this payment method requires a positive credit check. In this respect, we forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and creditworthiness checks as part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permissible based on the results of the credit check. With PayPal your payment arrives instantly and we can start shipping immediately. You also benefit from PayPal’s buyer protection, where you get your money back from PayPal if you don’t receive any goods from us. Of course we will send you your goods… To pay with PayPal, you don’t have to open a PayPal account if you don’t want to. You simply pay PayPal as a guest via credit card or direct debit and we get the amount automatically credited to our PayPal account. The Terms of Use of PayPal apply to the payment processing.

You can pay with the following credit cards: Mastercard, VISA and American Express. Credit card payments are processed through the payment service provider mollie. Your credit card details are not transmitted to us by mollie. The privacy policy of mollie applies to the payment processing. We will ship your order as soon as possible after the order has been completed, if necessary on the same day.

With Apple Pay you can quickly and conveniently pay via your Apple Pay enabled device (list of compatible devices). To use Apple Pay, you need a credit card from a bank that supports Apple Pay (list of cards). You can read how to set up Apple Pay here. Apple Pay payments are processed through the payment service provider mollie. Your payment data will not be transmitted to us by mollie. The privacy policy of mollie applies to the payment processing. We will ship your order as soon as possible after the order has been completed, if necessary on the same day.

After your payment by immediate bank transfer, we will receive a payment confirmation and can immediately start with the shipping preparations. To make an instant transfer, all you need is a bank account with online banking access. Your account will be debited immediately after placing your order.

At the end of your order, you will be redirected to the Giropay payment page, where you can select your bank and then make your transfer as usual via online banking. We will receive the payment immediately and can start processing your order right away.

If you pay in advance, it is best to transfer the amount to our bank account within 7 calendar days. We will keep the goods reserved for you until then. As we do not incur any expenses with this method of payment, we will give you this saving in the form of a 2% discount. Your order will be shipped immediately after receipt of payment. Tip for those in a hurry: Many banks now offer a real-time bank transfer as a service, i.e. the money arrives in our bank account within seconds. This service usually costs 50 cents to 1 EUR per transaction. Some banks charge a little more for this.

If your bank offers real-time bank transfers, we will receive your transfer in a few seconds and can start sending directly. A real-time transfer is only possible in online banking or mobile banking. To do this, you proceed in the same way as for a normal transfer, but you also click on the option “real-time transfer”. Your bank will usually charge you between € 0.20 and € 1.00 for this service. Some banks charge a little more. In return we give you a 2% discount on your order.
 
If it turns out that your bank does not offer this option, you can still make your transfer as normal. It will still be credited to our bank account by the next working day, as banks are now obliged to do.
 
Just like with the normal advance payment, you take care of the transfer yourself (after completing the order). You will not be automatically forwarded to your bank after completing the order.
